Winter Weather
As the dreaded cold and wet weather leaves us I see some of the residents of the village out and about tidying up their lawns and gardens.

This is a wonderful sight and I would encourage more of you to do so
We have started a project to get fencing issues, painting and section clear ups underway for the spring/summer
Some of you will find there are now small tree's or shrubs growing on the verges and on the side of your driveways
This is to help beautify the village and at the same time stop the anyone
from parking their cars on your lawns and verges when it is wet and making a horrible mess.
As the weather improves I will be conducting outside and inside house inspections
this is to help our beautifying project and also to ensure our tenants maintenance issues are up to date
Thank you to all our tenants who are up to date with your rent and keeping the properties tidy
to those of you who are not I suggest you get into the " spring fever"
and look around at your neighbors gardens and follow suit
